HYDROLYZED FISH COLLAGEN - collagen is the most represented protein in the body, making up 80% of the dermis. Collagen is a component of skin, hair, nails, articular cartilage, ligaments, and tendons. However, the amount of collagen production in the body slows down after the age of 20, so to maintain the vitality of the whole body, it is recommended to add hydrolyzed collagen in the form of a dietary supplement.
MSM - methyl sulfonyl methane is an organic sulfur used as a nutritional supplement to improve skin condition for many years. MSM is obtained in a laboratory, as the amount in natural sources is too small to be used for nutritional purposes.
VITAMIN C – stimulates the production of the body's own collagen, which is necessary for the normal functioning of blood vessels, bones, cartilage, gums, skin, and teeth.
