Delivery

Packages are sent via SENDIT delivery service. In exceptional cases, we reserve the right to choose another delivery service, for which we will notify you by email.

Shipping costs

Packaging and delivery costs for orders over 330 AED are free of charge and 20 AED for orders below 330 AED.

Important notice: These conditions for the costs of packaging and delivery apply within U.A.E.

Delivery time

All orders placed during weekdays (Monday - Friday) until 1 pm will be processed the same day as long payment is made via credit card.

Orders with a pre-invoice payment marked will be sent as soon as we receive the payment to the company bank account.

For orders until 1 pm, pickup is the same day; after 1 pm, pickup is the next day.

Orders placed on weekends and public holidays are shipped the next business day immediately.

In exceptional cases, the delivery time may be extended, so if you wish to receive the shipment within the shortest possible time, please write it under the notes when placing the order.
